To you about what is happening for you. Hearing between the words that you speak, listening for what you are trying hard to say, as well as what you are actually saying.

Holding Space

Allowing you to find your own answers from within, while being alongside you as a supporter and a guide, without judgement or control.

Reflecting

Noticing what you are and are not saying and showing that back to you so that you can notice it too. This enables further exploration of what is really happening for you.

Its all about you! Your own dedicated time to talk, shout, scream out, cry, sit in silence, laugh...whatever it is you need to do.

Private

Anything you say when we talk is completely private, unless you, or someone you talk about is in danger. If this is the case there may be a duty for it to be shared beyond the two of us.

Flexibility

It's important for you to have a session that fits your busy schedule. We offer face-to-face, Walk & Talk, online or phone sessions, with availability in the early morning and evening as well as at weekends.

Mindfulness Based

This can help with many mental health and emotional challenges. We use it in our work to create an integrated approach that is suited to you.

Introductory Chat

A free no-obligation introductory chat either by phone or online (Zoom, Skype or Whatsapp) enables us to see if we want to work together and gives you the chance to ask any questions you may have about counselling.

Non Judgemental

This is about acceptance of you as the person you are, not judging you for your opinions or attitude and staying open to hearing what you are saying.

Flexible sessions to suit you

Individual 50 minute sessions, either face-to-face, Walk & Talk or online (Zoom, Skype, Whatsapp), with a timescale to suit you. Short or longer term- whichever is going to support you best. £45 per session.  

 

 

students & low income

Financial concerns should not be a barrier to counselling. We offer a reduced rate for students and those on low or no income.
